Enable pdf print option

Dear Experts,

I download file PDF and can open and read it all of pages.

But when I want to print it in File --> Print (print menu was disable).

I checked it  in File --> Document Properties

I see on Printing : not allow
and encryption level: High(128-bit RC4)

How can you enable printing in this file?

The person who created the pdf doesn't want people printing it, so the answer would be no.

Actually, the answer is: You can enable printing (legally) only with the password that was used to encrypt the file. Acrobat allows the document author (or publisher) to protect the file by specifying what a consumer can and cannot do with the file.

Yep, sounds like either you contact the author and get their permission (and password) or you will have to find an illegal workaround.

If this wasn't a question of legal issues, I would suggest rasterizing in photoshop, opening in illustrator, or placing in an indesign or quark document as possible things to try, although since I have never had to deal with such an issue, I have no idea if they would work.
