Actually, that's a really bad way to hide information and you should stop doing it immediately. Anyone with Acrobat can simply delete your boxes, and it might be possible to highlight and copy the hidden text without even doing that.
Acrobat 8 includes "redaction", which will actually remove the information you want to from the PDF...replacing it with a box or X's or whatever you like. I suggest you get at least a trial of Acrobat 8 and try it out.
