How to convert CHM to HTML (a single HTML file) or print an entire CHM file?

I need to convert CHM to a single HTML and then print it as a PDF.

I do not want to pay for this, as I already have Acrobat 7 professional. I know I can convert CHM to many HTML files with hh.exe command, but that's not what I want: I want a single HTML file.

I find I can print CHM to Acrobat Printer to get PDF but I can only print one section and its sub-section at a time, which takes long time if there are many sections.

Is there a way to print an entire CHM file or convert a CHM to a single HTML?

thanks for reply. But they do not do what I want

# 1 and # 3 are the same one. They produce many HTML files instead of a single HTML file.
#2  is not free. I do not want to pay for this, as I mentioned earlier; and its trial version sets the source file to be  less than 150KB.

AFAIK there isn't a solution available for your problem. when you have the CHM file only. The only chance is having all HTMLHelp project files like *.HHP or *.HHC related to the existing CHM (or try to decompile) and then try to recompile with another Table of Contents (TOC) for following trick:

If you add a book heading at the beginning of the TOC and make all the following headings and pages subentries of it, you can use the method - you tried before from http://www.helixoft.com/vsdocman-faqs/printing-chm-documentation.html - to create an HTML file containing *all* the topics that have an entry in the TOC.

This means you must have some HTMLHelp Workshop experience.
