I'm using Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional to fill out a form sent to me. When I fill out the form, the text is cut off and seems to big. How can I change the font size on the text I am filling in?

Hey Thanks for the answer! It Worked! But I am a noob to Acrobat. Luckily I am technically inclined. It took me about 10 minutes to find out where the text field tool is. I'm not sure what kind of people are on this site looking for questions but if they are beginners, I think it would be best to walk them through step by step. Thanks again for your help!

Thanks for the comments, you are absolutely correct in your view. I suppose sometimes it comes down to the available time that one has to respond. As almost everyone on EE is contributing in their spare time the depth and breadth of advice varies soemwhat, sometimes it is better to respond with a quick fix that will help the asker to get going, other times there is space to be more elaborate. Un your case I simply did not know where the tool is (as I have left A6 a few years back) but knew it was included in Pro, I am glad that you got it going after 10minutes, it would have taken me longer to look up the exact menu option and did not want to assume the same location as in A7 or 8 (Tools|Advanced editing) as if you are told a wrong location you are less likely to look elsewhere.

Hi
If you use the TextField tool you can set the Font size properties (right click field => properties => general tab) to 'Auto'. This will change the font size according to content and field size. Alternatively you can change the field size to fit....
