Hi,
Sorry it took me so long to respond. Thanks for your help. It happens on any PDF file. I have also now tried Foxit to try to resolve my issues. It does the exact same thing. I have installed the PS driver and it did not work. And I only had one instance of Adobe on my computer at a time. I did full uninstalls and re-installs for each version when I was troubleshooting. I never had more than one instance of a PDF reader on my computer at any time.
Like I said, this has me stumped. I believe I've gone all around the world for this but I'm scared I missed the simple answer. Anyone want to throw in their .02?

Try using the PS driver that should also be avaialable for that printer. PDF files use postscript so the PS driver (a postscript driver) should work better.
Does this happen with any PDF file or just a specific one?
I would recommend just having one version of Adobe Reader installed at once. I don't know that you have both installed but just wanted to make sure.
