Web based pdf, need required fields completed beofre printing

Hello Experts, this is kind of a goofy one but (technically) should be possible.

I have a fillable Adobe PDF posted on the web. The user can fill in the details and print the form, which then needs to be signed and mailed.

I need to be able to FORCE them to complete certain fields on the form before they print it.

How is this done?

The web site is currently classic ASP.
