I need to create a simple pdf template form (or template that acrobat rider can open and fill in) this template form has 10 text fields and 2 list boxes.
This template is for collecting data from outside salesmen.
Template need to have a submit button that they press and it automatically mail template file to my e-mail address as template file populated with data, I dont want data string or HTML emended string.
The template should have option to be saved on their local PC with entered data and if they open this file latter on they should be able to edit those data in text boxes.
After I get this pdf template file from outside salesmen I want to open my access application and pull data from pdf template file in access 2003 database or other way I can open this template file and press button on template and upload template data to my database.
Can you give me proper direction or path how to do this?
I have VBA programming skills some basic skills with Adobe Acrobat.
I have Adobe Acrobat 9 professional, it has Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2 included?
