Asked by FT-Techs in Adobe Acrobat, Wireless Print Servers, Printers by HP
at my company we have a lady useing adobe acrobat pro 8 she is having an issue where she will bring up a pdf and tell it to print, it goes threw the spooler and begins to print and then pops up an error stating that adobe is sorry but it must close ive tried uninstalling adobe and all its updates and reinstalling them we've tried makeing her a new profile and were not sure what to do it seems as tho its a random thing sometimes it works fine sometimes not it doesnt do it to a specific file just any file that is a pdf it will error out on one and the same one will be fine the next time its more of a minor inconvenience. we tried useing a different machine to print it out and it seemes to work fine useing the same pdfs that had issues on her machine.
she can print out what she needs but if she didnt save before printing then she loses work but as long as she saves its not too big of an issue. its just confusing that it would work all the way to print it out just fine and then crash ive tried looking to see if the size of the file makes a difference it didnt it messed up on a small one and a large one it seems to get better for a little bit and do it less when i reinstall it but its not completely gone.
I thought maybe her computer was running low on resources but she seems to have alot of available resources we are contemplating building her a new machine but shes a little attatched. im new at this IT thing so let me know if any further info is needed. thanks friends.
