PDF Search Sharepoint 2.0

I have Sharepoint services 2.0 on SBS2003.
I have SQL 2000 and Full Text Indexing enabled.
I have Adobe PDF ifilter installed.
When doing a search results will show PDFs that have the search terms in the PDF filename.
It wont return any results from text inside the PDF.

I have tested by opening a PDF and doing a search for a term that was added via the typewrter in Acrobat Pro.
Acrobat Reader search finds the text no problem.

What can I do to troubleshoot the ifilter?
