Protecting the PDF for copying
I need to protect a .pdf file so no one could copy the contents (copy protected) of the file. I am uploading this PDF on the website and also i want no one to copy the contents of the file if opening it from the web page.
There are a variety of things you can do to make copying more difficult but if the PDF is displayed on someone's screen they can always capture the displayed image. You will never be able to completely protect your document.

I understand but what ever is possible please let me know.
You can consider Microsoft RMS (Active Directory Rights Management Services)
this solution protect contents of the file ( content is encrypted) and only authorized users can decrypted and read the content, You can also restricted in the same file CTRL+C content and other.
You can use AD RMS + Foxit PDF product.

I've been involved in a couple of questions here at EE on this subject (although one was about protecting images, not PDF files, but the concept is similar):

You may find them helpful. Regards, Joe

If all you want to do is to protect the text of the document, one thing you can do is to convert the PDF into an image. Depending on requirements, this image can be changed back into a PDF, or left as an image. Either way, the resulting file no longer contains any copyable text.
PDF-Xchange can do the conversion from PDF to image, and Irfanview can do the reverse if necessary.
Alternatively, the software you use to create the PDF may also be able to create the image directly. Or, you can use a "printer" like ImagePrinter Pro
