I setup scan-to-file on a Ricoh Aficio MP 171. The scan to file is working great. When I hit the &quot;scanning&quot; button, I am propted for the path, username, password. When those are entered correctly, scan-to-file works.<br />

Is there a way to make this simpler? The end users do not want to have to type in &quot;\\offdsvr\scans&quot; and the username and password every time they want to scan something.<br />

Can this be made easier from Web Image Monitor? Am I missing a setting?<br />
