Ricoh Aficio MP 171 Scan-To-File Issues
Hello,
I setup scan-to-file on a Ricoh Aficio MP 171. The scan to file is working great. When I hit the "scanning" button, I am propted for the path, username, password. When those are entered correctly, scan-to-file works.
Is there a way to make this simpler? The end users do not want to have to type in "\\offdsvr\scans" and the username and password every time they want to scan something.
Can this be made easier from Web Image Monitor? Am I missing a setting?

Ok. I have that setup. So the user should goto "Address Book" instead of "Scanning?"
When we hit the "scanning" button, we have two options. Enter Path and Browse Network.
