Split one A3 page in two a4 pages

How Can I do (Automatic), split one pdf file in one A3 Size page in two A4 pages  (The A3 have a full size photo)?

We want to split one page (A3 size) in two (A4 size) Pages.

I think that with your solution you can split one file in multiple files with one page for each file.

yeah, you are right....sorry about that :)
but i couldn't find anything which can help to achive what you are trying to, except this one;

You can do this with JavaScript and Adobe Acrobat Professional. All you need to do is copy every page, and then set the crop box accordingly (once for the left half, and then again for the right half). This will of course double the file size.
You could then use something like the PDFEnhancer (http://www.apagoinc.com/prod_home.php?prod_id=2) to remove the extra content. If I remember correctly, the PDFEnhancer - in one of it's configurations - also allows imposition, so that may be sufficient. you can download a time limited eval version of PDF Enhancer.

When you say "automatically", are you planning on running this in a server environment? If so, Acrobat is not an option (it's EULA does not permit using it in a server like application).
