Is there a program or printer that will let me duplex print and set the gutter margin with mirror images

I am printing reports from power builder that need to be duplexed letter portrail with 1 in left side margin, .5 right side margin, .5 bottom margin, .25 top margin then mirror the image for left edge binding.  

Anyone have any idea how I can do this?  I can't print to word documents.  I've had some success with adobe pdf but not completely.  My hp laserjet 4350 dtn pcl 6 printer does quite do this either.  Any help would be appreciated.
