m/cs/fonts /f/helveti ca_where.h tm (and this site also lists a large number of the look-alikes, imitators, and similar fonts).
Unfortunately, Helvetica is a commercial font, and is not available for free. You can buy versions of it from each of the major font foundries or online font shops, such as www.myfonts.com. There is a large number of Helvetica look-alikes, Arial is the best known of these. You can learn a bit more here: http://desktoppub.about.co
