A user for a company we support is having intermittent problems when sending indesign documents to a canon iR-C3200 printer. The document seems to send ok but there is no output from the printer. This only happens with this printer and indesign. She can print fine to it from within citrix (word docs etc) and can print from her pc to other printers on the network. I have tried to find information from the adobe forums but didnt find anything very helpful. The drivers have already been reinstalled for this printer and canon came out to reinstall the firey software for the device. Any help would be greatly appreciated
