converting powerpoint with active hyperlinks to pdfs and making the hyperlinks work

I have created a document in powerpoint, I have hyperlinks in this document.  when I convert to a pdf the hyperlinks in a text box work, but the hyperlinks in a table are not active once it is converted to a pdf.
