One of our users is using Visio 2003 standard and is having a font issue. From using the previous version od Visio (2000), he had no problems. However in Visio 2003 there is a font conflict. He utilizes the CG Omega font that is used for all of his applications. When we try to change the font in Visio 2003, the font reverts back to Arial and we can not change it to the CG Omega. I have tried re-installign the font, but it still does not work. It works in Word perfectly, but only Vision is causing this issue. Is there anythign that be exported or settigns changed to allow this font to be fucntional?

If the font is in a format other than .TTF, unchecking that box (if it's checked) should make it available to the program. But, as I said, it's an older font format which is rarely used anymore, so your mileage may vary. You should be able to get TTF versions of the CG Omega font here: http://meltingpot.fortunec
It's usually a bad idea to have more than one version of the same font on a machine at the same time, so you may want to uninstall your existing CG Omega and then install those ones.

Once you've installed it, simply go to Tools -> Detect Font Problems and press the Installed Fonts button. You'll get a report of on the status of your fonts.
Sounds like a Visio problem, then. I haven't been able to find any documentation on it from MS, so I think your options are
1) Uninstall and reinstall Visio 2003 (may or may not do anything, but may be worth a shot)
2) Uninstall Visio 2003 and move back to using Visio 2000
3) Switch fonts (as I said, Optima is the original font that CG Omega is based on, there are other fonts based on Optima as well)

Hmmm. Everything you've said points to a Visio problem, especially given 2003's known history of problems with fonts. Perhaps the best bet is to format everything in a font and font size close to the final results of your CG Omega, and then at the end, select all and format the font using CG Omega as your choice (per your comment above).
Other than that, I guess I have to say that your are likely left with my recommendations above, either go back to Visio 2000 or buy another similar font.
Just out of curiousity, what happens when you open one of the older documents already made with CG Omega, does it recognize the font or does it substitute arial or something?

What font format is the CG Omega in? You'll need to go to your users font folder and look at the file extension, which may be something like .ttf, but may also be .fon. The CG Omega which used to be distributed (particularly with HP printers) was a .fon file type, which is a bitmapped font file and is less and less supported these days.
CG Omega is actually based on Optima, if your user has a version of Optima they may be able to substitute it with little or no noticeable difference.
