What font format is the CG Omega in? You'll need to go to your users font folder and look at the file extension, which may be something like .ttf, but may also be .fon. The CG Omega which used to be distributed (particularly with HP printers) was a .fon file type, which is a bitmapped font file and is less and less supported these days.
CG Omega is actually based on Optima, if your user has a version of Optima they may be able to substitute it with little or no noticeable difference.
