Windows script font for .PDF document

Asked by PatMelzer in Font Software, Adobe Illustrator

Tags: fonts .pdf rendering

I created a flyer that uses Edwardian Script ITC title. It's not the end of the world, but I like the look; however, when I saved to .pdf and then look at it uploaded from the internet, I get mixed results. Sometimes it renders correctly, other times (and, most often) NOT. Questions:

1. Is there a way to make Edwardian script work? I've seen references to answers that talk about embedding the font into the website - how do you do the same thing when saving a .pdf file?
2. What tools should I be using?

Thanks in advance,
