ImageMagick seems to be very powerful but I do not have the time to "play" with all its fantastic options...
Q: Is there any UI around there which can help to easily create WATERMARKS, recursively through a complex folder structure and independent on the image size (text or image should scale automatically etc.).
Best regards

The problem is that most watermarking software is pretty simplistic, and does not have the capability to recurse directories and/or to scale images when you are marking different file sizes. In general, I recommend Photoshop, which does pretty well. Beyond that, you are looking at something like ImageMagick, which can have a lot of parameters scripted in, but also has quite a learning curve.

go4java,
Are you looking for a solution to use on your local computer, or something to run server-side?
Cheers,
