How to embed a .flv animation in a .fla file

Hi,

I have this full screen video animation that has .fla, .swf, .flv and JScript files. I have another .fla (CS3) file and want this video in the beginning of my animation as an intro. How can I embed this video file in my flash intro and make it only play once as intro and never loop back.
