remove pop up

When I'm on the Net, I get a pop up from "Messenger Service" that says "Critical error message - Resistry damaged, etc. - Install registrycleaner immediately" I have Google which is supposed to remove pop ups but it comes every few minutes. I also have a registry cleaner. How can I get
rid of the pop up?
