Making money out of google adwords

Hi Experts

We develop sites for a number of customers and they frequently ask us to setup Adwords/PPC for them.

My question is, that short of charging them a management fee or adding a percentage onto the cost per click, is there any way i can make a commission or make money from Adwords.
