Ports used by FTPS Sites

My hosting provider refused to allow FTPS Communication and they are willing to open only port 21. Which are ports they require to allow FTP communication with ssl certificates

The defaults ports used by FTPS are  989/TCP for the FTPS data channel and 990/TCP for the FTPS control channel
So this are the 2 port used for the FTPS
