Generic text printing

I have two POS/receipt printers. One is connected to the serial port and the other is connected to the parallel port of a business PC. Generic text only drivers are loaded on both. The issue is I can't get them to operate independently. Everything that is printed, regardless of which printer is selected is printed to which ever printer is selected as the default. In other words, if the serial printer is selected as the default and I try to print to the parallel, it still prints to the serial printer. The same happens if the parallel printer is selected as the default. I have two programs, one needs to use the parallel printer and one needs to use the serial printer.Start Free Trial
