Zen Cart PayPal Express Payments Module

Hi experts,
I am trying to customise paypal's express checkout page. I am using Zen Cart.
On hitting the paypal button the customers are prompted to enter their billing details. I want to change the default country from us to fr.

The page defaults to
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr
If you choose France from the drop down box it writes this url
https://www.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/webscr

How can I get Zen Cart it to go directly to this url.

I found this page.  http://www.thatsoftwareguy.com/zencart_138_docs/3.readme_paypal_ipn.html

I'm not sure if that helps, were you looking for some Javascript Code to change the form to direct to https://www.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/webscr?   Or did you want every single user to be directed to https://www.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/webscr

If that's the case, I would search your zen cart database for https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr and then change is to https://www.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/webscr.

Or you can search the code to find  https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr and then replace it -  https://www.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/webscr.
