Per URL Phrase/Keyword Ranking Tool?

im seeking a tool that would tell me where an URL ranks per a given phrase.

Example:  

URL:        http://domain.com/article-world-architecture
Phrase:   world architecture

If I did a Google Search for "world architecture", manually I could look..potentially forever to find it...   I'm looking for a tool that allows me to enter a search term/phrase and an URL and get a result of what number it's listed in the result..
