I used Traffic Power's search engine placement service and got great results. I highly recommend it if you are looking for search engine placement. Here is an explaination of the services taken from their Website:

Ha Ha Ha. You gotta wonder why they feel the need to advertise, for free, by spamming a forum. Don't they get enough traffic from the search engines??
Just be aware that the things these people do to artificially inflate search engine ranking (link pools, 'attraction pages', etc), though helpful in the short term, can seriously jeopardise your placement in the long term.

From points 2 & 6 from the above link:
They boast that they produce unreal content that makes Google think that your page is more popular & relevent than it really is. You can be reasonably certain that these will eventually be rumbled by Google.
And once google has accertained that you're cheating it will penalise your site, by giving it a page rank of zero. Then you're stuffed.
Admittedly there are other search engines than google, but google is easily the most important as its results are widely used on other sites.

I have personally experienced the identical situation described in the linked story.
Their 280 "attraction pages" are also a load of, well, deceit and trickery.

I agree that Traffic-Power.com provides a good search engine placement service. My traffic dramatically increased after I used them. They are also significantly cheaper than other SEO companies I researched.
