I do not know this company personally but a preliminary investigation is not very promising. For example their website does not appear to be indexed in Google. (Type www.traffic-power.com in the search box). For a Search Engine Optimization Company this could take a bit of explaining. One possibility is that Google has banned them for using techniques that they do approve of, like hidden text links or doorway pages.
