How can I force Google (and other search engines) to croll the site for reindexing, without loosing my current Rank.
(The easy answer is to resubmit, but then I will loose my rating I guess, right?)

Do not submit your site to Google using the URL submission. In the SEO world this is akin to suicide. Submit all of your pages to Google in XML format the way they like it using Google's Sitemap.

You can use Google's Sitemap Generator to make this easier for you:

There is a professional program for creating the Sitemap with minimal effort:

Resubmission or even submission is never an answer to anything and is a complete waste of time.
Kitsune's solution to use Google Sitemaps (BETA) is a good one for large new sites or where you are looking to improve existing crawl coverage. Changing the urls of pages on a site, which I assume is effectively what you have done, can be another matter though.
Ideally you would look to 301 the old pages to the corresponding new pages. This tells the search engine bots that the existing url has been permanently moved to a new url which prevents any problems with duplicate pages in the index. While the search engines are updating their index with the new urls and visitors who find your old pages in the index will be automatically redirected to the corresponding new page instead of getting a 404.
Once the new pages have been indexed then you can take the old pages down.

i dont think you can submit a site to google. And i believe your rank depends how many other sites have your site as a link.
