Search Engine Optimisation with Frames

I have developed www.fourmarksfc.co.uk with frames (Header, Main Content, Footer) and want to know how I can optimise it for search engines. Would I use Meta tags and if so, how can I get them to load my index.htm rather than individual pages.

This is my first site hence my lack of knowledge in this area.
