Sending HTML email with outlook 2003

Hey,
Is there a plug-in or an add-in that I can use to create/edit HTML newsletters with outlook 2003?

Or if I create a HTML newsletter in a program like dreamweaver, how do I get that HTML page into outlook 2003 so I can send it to my contact lists?

Hi Smitch
Is built-in messages builder (Word) is not good enough?
you may create HTML message in any editor You prefer, then open it in Word and choose Send to - for Review.
Or configure it in Outlook Mail formats as additional format. Mail - Tools - Options - Mail Format

if your html page contains lots of coding and formatting, pasting or inserting the contents in outlook body is not gonna work, as outlook html format supports only text, hyperlinks and images, not css or backgrounds stuff.

i will advise to use a professional bulk emailer program to achieve this;
find on internet, and choose the product which suites your requirements, needs and pocket;

i personally use Dynamic Mail Communicator

Or was using Rapid E-Mailer before that
