I have a web site and what I am trying to do is to get the content of ticketmaster.com ( all the event details with ticket prices) , write it to my database, publish this info in a different format, and and at last forward the user again to the original site (ticketmaster.com) to buy the ticket s/he prefers.
As a result I will not earn anything from the ticket sales (I will not try to be an affiliate) but by the way help ticketmaster to sell more tickets.
My only profit will be the traffic run on my site.
In this model what are the legal issues, penalties or restrictions I will face?
