Meta Data Hurting SERPs

Our website has about 20,000 products so I am not about to set the meta data for each page.  So what I did is took the title of each product and copied it to the title, description and keyword for each product.  So basically they are the same.

Recently Google has just dropped us from all of our rankings, so I am wondering if you think this could be why.
