Browse All TopicsHi,
I'm just wondering if it's possible to check the current day's traffic statistics. In other words, how to check the statistics (in real-time with perhaps a 15 minute delay) similar to checking stock markets.
If so, then could you please describe how to find this information?
Thank you,
vkimura

I don't believe Google Analytics does any real time info; For more info on GA you should check out Avanish Kaushik (http://www.kaushik.net/av
Omniture does real time tracking - though they are probably your most expensive option.

There is also web trends - this is probably less than omniture, not sure if they do real time Analytics though

Google Analytics does not provide real time stats. There's known to be a 3-4 hours lag between hits and analyses from Google Analytics. Your best bet for real time stats would be to rely on your server-logs. Try http://awstats.sourceforge
In Google analytics it's not at all possible. Google analytics take 11 to 12 hours to update the analytics data.
If you really want to track the real time visitors and that too free of cost then LiveZilla is the best option. It a freeware. This tool is very useful if you do online marketing. It's a live support tool. That gives you information about your real time visitors and lots more.
