Opening a CAB file? Winzip does not work

When trying to open cab files that are zipped, I get an error message that says "Not in the standard microsoft cab format (as defined in mid-1998). The "signature bytes" required by the microsoft cab specification are missing"  Please help as this file is my updated HP scanner driver with Windows 2000 and I can't open itStart Free Trial
