Hi,

I'm planning to implement a web survey on my site. I'm not looking for a hosted service, in other words, I want to get the software, and install it on my own webserver..

I found a few online.. however, the majority are not user friendly..

Any relaible good ones ?
something that can produce graphical output, pie charts or bar charts for instance.. it would be helpful to be user friendly.. an awar winning software sounds great too.
