With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. HOW CAN I CREATE A PASSWORD CHALLENGE TO USER GOING TO MY WEBSITE

I have a website that I run for my company.  On this website I have my users click on a link right now that takes them to a Smartbox where they can connect to a live technician.  This is fine and dandy right now but the problem is every Tom, Dick and Harry has been going to this smartbox.  I only want people with valid problems going to this and using it.  

On the page that I direct them to where they would click the link to go to this smartbox I'd like to have it so when they click on the link they are prompted for a password.  Upon entering the password, I'd then like them to be taken to the Smartbox where they can connect to a live technician through Desktop Streaming.

I would be willing to give 500 points or more for a concrete simplified explaination into this procedure.  Something that a non developer could understand and perform.  So in a nutshell this is what i'm needing.

Customer calls in.....
1.  Direct customer to our website.
2.  Tell customer to click link.
3.  Customer is prompted for password.
4.  Technician tells customer password.
5.  Customer is taken to the Smartbox Portal where Desktop Streaming can begin.

If you can help me with this like I said I will be willing to offer 500 + points to the best solution.  Please help this is urgent.
