Making a table read from a directory

Hello,
I have recently created a uploader which is very, very plain at the moment as you can see: www.pc-fanatics.com/cnupload.
All it is is a browser and a upload button which all works perfectly and uploads files.
My question is:
Could somebody please give me some code that I could put under the browse button of my index page that is a nice table and this is what it does:

Read the file name and put it into a column of the table (preferably first one) and also creates a link so you click the file name and it takes you to the actual image;
Tells you the file type in a column (preferably 3nd column);
Tells you the file size in KB (preferably 2nd column) if possible, not that important;
Tell you date of upload (preferably last column) if possible, not important though;
Ans as you would have probably guess the table would automatically create a new row and put the details in when a new file is uploaded;

I just want the code for this stuff please, I don't want you tell direct me to a uploader I can download made by another person.

Please either post code here or direct me to a site which has the code on it.
