My expertise in web design is limited to using Frontpage ... so please be gentle!

I have a website that invites visitors to email a question to one of my small team (a bunch of unrelated individuals, each with their own private email address), which at the moment works simply by using the "mailto:" property behind a picture (one per team member).

However, this is very unsatifactory for two reasons. First, that it makes the member's private email addresses public knowledge, and second I have no record of the transaction.

So, what I want to happen is that when a visitor clicks on a member's picture that a popup panel appears to collect the visitor's question and their return email address - and then when they click on a submit button that the question is sent to the member, but also that I'm sent a copy. Ideally, the member should receive the email as if direct from the visitor, so that if he/she decides to continue the dialogue, than they only need to click on Reply as they do now.

I've given this maximum points, not because I think its going to be difficult technically, but because I'm likely to need some hand holding!
