Easy One, Please Help

I have an associate who has created a website for our company.  Neither one of us has much experience with webpage development.  He used a frame to put text into.  The frame moved depending on the resolution of the viewing computer.  Can someone look over the source and let me know how to correct this.  http://www.corban-inc.com
