Hello All,


When looking for a company's website, google sometimes offer quick shortcuts within the results.
For example, searching for "Cisco" will return:

My understanding is that these shortcuts (downloads, wireless software, etc...) are submitted by the webmaster, and was wondering how to proceed. A dedicated filename on the site that googlebot is looking for ?
