finding sorce of virus so I can block site?

My 13 yo keeps getting infected with viruses including Trojans. We are using a router, firewall and anti-virus software. Is there any way to figure out what site he is getting infected at? I would like to find the IP address so I can block it. I have tried to teach him safe browsing habits, but it does little good. He is BiPolar and has poor self control. If he wants to download something, he just dose it.
