I am trying to search for a website or webpage that gives information on the ethics of designing a website. The rights and wrongs. For instance it is widely known that a website cannot have an IFRAME that displays the entire page of another website or you should not use the image / logo or bromide of website to advertise on yours without permission.
I just can't seem to find anything on the rights and wrongs of website designing.

Try searching for "Usability", that term is kinda hot nowadays and also covers ethics in webdesign/webprogramming.
