Blogger has a few features which help you control comment spam/abuse.

Log into your Blogger account and click on "Settings" in the menu bar, and then select "Comments" in the submenu bar. You'll then find three areas specific to controlling commenting on your blog:
1. Who can comment? You can choose who can comment: anyone, registered users only, etc.
2. Comment moderation: this will allow you to review all comments before they get posted.
3. Show word verification: this will create a captcha which a commenter will have to verify before posting a comment. In my opinion using this option should prevent most unwanted comments.
There is no way to mark comments which appear on your blog according to whether they're spam, abuse, troll, etc. The best thing to do is to set up your Commenting Settings to prevent unwanted comments in the first place.
