Thumbnail Creator In ASP or VB?

Hey guys.  I am looking for a way to create thumbnails images through classic ASP.  I know there are components that can be loaded to do this, but we would like to avoid that if we can.  Is there anything in VB that can be done to create a separate image thumbnail?  Something like a library that can be uploaded onto the server, but does not have to be registered with the Server?Start Free Trial
