I have a large visual stuido web project that contains many many image files.  I need to only change and then 'publish' certain files/directories.  I understand that these are precompiled files; and this thing is still deploying as I write...what happens after this deploys?  Which kinds of files will I be able to update?  Can i keep certain directories/file types from deploying the next time?  Can someone point me to a link that explains how the deploy process works down to the minute details on how to control?  thanks
