Im looking for a tool that can take a website as input, and extract all unique text contained within the site(spidered)

I am looking for a tool that I can use to build domain specific password lists.  In other words, I can input www.xyz.com and the tool will extract all unique words that I will then use in a special dictionary list...  

Oh, and I want this to be free.  :-)    But, would be open to buying something if it was particularly interestingStart Free Trial
