The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. win32k.sys blue screen

had customer that had pop ups trojans ect on pc.Tech went out cleaned it up customer went and bought norton 2008. Machine ran fine for a couple of days and then she calls in and says she has win32k.sys blue screen.machine will not boot in safe mode or normal same error every time so was going to format and reload. was in the process of backing up data and a different customer  brings in a notebook doing the exact same thing. is there something going around new virus maybe win update causing this. normally see this error while machines are running turns out to be memory,driver and usually repairable not these. both are Dells one desktop and the other notebook.is there something maybe that we can do in repair console. ran repair 1 bombs in the middle of repair and the other ran complete repair but still when we rebooted came up with error.Start Free Trial
