Creating a script or iFrame for video link

I own an online instructional sports video content site and for SEO purposes, I want to allow users to link my videos and display them on their site through my streaming server. So this question is somewhat broad but goto start somewhere, How do I create such a script or should I use an iFrame and how do I track where all the scripts or Iframs are placed and make sure users are displaying my link below the video. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks.

Start with the same way youtube does it... with <object><embed>

Replace the link to youtube with the path to your swf file... (usually your custom player)

If you want to pass variables to your .swf (like a movie id) use flashvars http://www.permadi.com/tutorial/flashVars/index.html

thanks for that advice. How would I keep track of all the videos that are on various sites? One of the requirements I want is a keep the logo and link below the video which will be an anchor link. How can I ensure something like this or at least track it some how. Thanks for any guidance.
