Google Error when clicking on a link

When I go to google and do a search it returns the results, but if I click on one I get the following error: I get a pop-up that tells me the following:

"File Download - Security Warning"
"Do you want to save this file or find a program online to open it?"
 Name: SEARCH
Type: Unknown File Type
